What's In My Pantry?

As much as I'd love to show you the inside of my pantry and fridge, it ain't going to happen. Not without three day's cleaning and loads more storage containers. You'll just have to take my word for it when I say that these are my staples. Almost everything listed here is available from Woolworths. That's where I get it. The two starred items are available at good health food shops or online suppliers like iherb.com.
